Course Objective:

This course is to introduce senior students the basic principles of CMOS logic design. After taking this course, students should understand the fundamental theory of CMOS circuit and be able to use commercial CAD tools such as HSPICE, Cadence Opus and Dracula to analyze, design and verify a CMOS circuit.
